The bulls

The festival of San Fermin has begun in Pamplona, and this morning saw the first running of the bulls. I’m amused by the risk calculator on the excellent fiesta web site: when is it ever not risky to run with the bulls?
Just one week until the running of the public bus. Until then, it’ll be a non-stop party.
Ah, memories.

In case anyone wants to know, I survived the bull run. This is most likely due to the fact that I only had a chance to run on the 2nd day, and by the time I got there, the police had closed the gates because the run route was absolutely packed. At least I got some good footage!
